Create your Sonik account

A new account is available only if you are at least 18 years old, are legally capable of the contractual actions you later take, and are in the United States when you create it.

Creating an account is a technical step. It does not buy or grant a licence, accept the Terms of Service, or form a contract with Sonik Software LLC. An account without a licence has no guaranteed availability.

Your email address and United States country declaration are required. Your name is optional. We cannot create the account if either required item is missing.

We use the account information described in our Privacy Policy to provide sign-in, prepare a purchase or gift redemption you request, secure the service, and—after a licence is obtained—perform the licence contract.

If you later cease residing in the United States, you must notify us. We will keep your account and existing-account services available, while optional product email and account-linked telemetry stop until you make the applicable fresh choices after a renewed United States declaration. Your existing worldwide licence and already-activated offline use continue as explained in the Terms.

You will be asked to review and accept the Terms of Service before buying a licence or redeeming a gift, and again before first licensed use. Use an email address you control at Paddle checkout; if the normal return is missed, that address may receive a one-time purchase-recovery link.

Product-email choicesSend me occasional emails about Sonik products and offers.

This is optional. You can unsubscribe from any product email or change the choice in your account. Administrative, privacy, security, legal, complaint, and other required account notices are separate.

Measure whether I open product emails and click their links.

This is optional and separate from receiving product emails. If enabled, AhaSend may process the IP address and browser or mail-reader information attached to an open or click request. Engagement records are kept for 12 months. You can turn measurement off without unsubscribing; later product emails will contain no tracking.

The measurement control is available only while product emails are selected. Turning product emails off also turns measurement off and records its withdrawal. Choosing product emails again does not restart measurement; the person must make a fresh measurement choice. The two consent histories remain distinct. See the Privacy Policy, sections 5 and 10.
